HI SIR/MADAM,MY FATHER GOT DIABATEIS AND 1ST TIME TB IN 2005,AND AGAIN HE GOT 2ND TIME TB IN 2016,HE COMPLITED HIS 12 MONTHS TB COURSE,2 TO 5 TIMES IN EVERY MONTH HE COUGH UP WITH 100ML BLOOD WAMTING IN MOUTH IN LAST 3 YEARS,I TEL MY PULMONOGIST BUT HE SAID ME DONT WORRY EVERY TB PATIENT COUGHS UP SOME BLOOD,I DONT TAKE ANY WARE IN LAST  1 YEAR BECAUSE OF COVID SITUATION,RECENTLY I TAKE HIM TO HOSPITAL,FINALLY CT SCAN CONFIRMS MY FATHER GOT ASPERGILLOMA 2 FUNGUS CAVITIES IN RIGHT SIDE LUNG UPPER,AFTER GIVE CBNAAT TEST,HE GOT NEGATIVE TB AND ABPA IN CBNAAT TEST,AND PULMONOGIST TOLD ME THE PERMANENT SOLUTION FOR ASPERGILLOMA IS SURGERY,BUT MY FATHER FULLY FEAR IN SURGEY,HE IS NOT CONVINCING FOR SURGERY,AND I TAKE HIM TO ANOTHER POLMONOLOGIST,HE SAID DAILY USE ITRACONOGOLE 100mg TABLETS DAILY 2 TABLETS,HE SAID USE THESE TABLETS FOR 6 MONTHS,AFTER 6 MONTHS NO IMPROVEMENT IN CAVITIES WE HAVE TO MOVE SURGERY,CAN ANY ONE PLZ SUGGGEST IS THEIR MEDICENS CAN CURE THIS PROBLEM WITHOUT SURGERY🙏🙏
