Asking treatment for infected wound

Asked for Male, 42 Years

Top of my left foot was injured and infected with hard puss the wound is 2 cm round shape the doctor cuts the wound from my foot now that wound area becomes reddish sensitive and smaller area of the wound is yellowish which is not gone in dressing what is the treatment for this problem Now I'm using Ointment : autolyze for yellowish area of the wound, ointment : Mupiciron for reddish area of the wound Tab : clindasure 300, Tab : Tolby D. Two tablets twice a day
