Asking if pregnant or not

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I want to ask if I’m pregnant because I had sex, and I had 2 days of bleeding only and it’s like a period. After that bleeding I had brown spots for few days and the last one was so little and it was like creamy. I also had a back pain for days. And after few days my underwear is wet for like 3 or so days and now my breast feel so full and heavy and sore. Please help me.
