if duration is not long you can try 1-warm compresses 3 times a day with cotton dipped in water 2-once its dry use azethral eye ointment 3- omega 3 fatty acid capsules try fir a week and look for reduction in size if yes then continue for a week more

Hello We can try medical management which includes A  warm compresses B  lid massage C  azithral ointment along lid margin Keep doing this.. If it fails then Intralesional triamcinolone injection is an option Surgery is last option
