Ashwagandhaa with L citrulline
Can dosage of 250 mg twice a day (total 500mg) taken along with L citrulline (2g a day). For how much duration should i take? Basically i wany good sleep, less stress and more importantly fixing my ED (erection is there but it is soft & not fully erect even on masterbation)
