Ascoril flu for cold and cough
My 3 year old kid has mucus cold and cough since 2 days. I used maxtra p since he had also fever back then. Last month when he fell sick because of cold we were referred to use ascoril flu. Since now his fever has got but only cough and cold is there, can I use ascoril flu? And I opened the bottle 45 days ago can I use? I heard someone say we should kids medicine once we open the bottle within a month. Please suggest.

Cold and cough is normal phenomenon in children. Please don't use combinations of drugs. Use paractamol and benadryl 1tsf sos. Not more than twice. A day. Lot of fluids. Give soft diet, like khichri , Custard , banana. I am aware the child is having cold and cough , still go for banana mash with custard.. Give lot of fluids to prevent dehydration. .

Immunization , play with child , make him active, give coconut water.
