As per doctor advise , blood culture
Blood culture test was done on sunday in Hindus hospital. Report is expected on Friday. Meanwhile a patient age 40 year is suffering continuously with head ache and fevers. On head ache, medicine DOLO 650 and after blood test an antibiotic zifi 200 is being taken. No food can be taken by patient under such weakness. Pls advise these medicine should continue under fever and weakness till report is come. Or should be admitted in hospital

Hello, it's OK to give zifi 200 twice daily empirically till the blood cs reports came out. But other investigations like cbc, malaria, dengue serology and typhi dot may be required in case fever is lasting more than one week. follow up with the reports. Tc
