Suffering from multiple joint pains,L4 n L5 disc compression,unable to sit for long n getup to walk immediately, pain spreading to the bottom of d feet, under went 2 orthoscopies to remove loose bodies(syanovial chondromatosis).Again developed one loosebody.unable to manage day today life also.
