ARSA and SUA in 20 week old foetus
Hi, I am 20 weeks pregnant . We had a double marker done at 12weeks and it was all normal and baby's growth was normal with low risk marked for Down's syndrome , trisach's and edwards and patau (ratio was 1:2630) . Also there were 2 arteries and 1 vein seen. But now at 20th week anomaly scan there is 1 artery and 1 vein reported and also ARSA in heart. Are these the soft markers for chromosomal abnormalities and if so how serious and life threatening is it ? Should we go ahead with the baby or not? What abnormalities can it be showing ? In very much distress to take any decision suggestions will help find some solace. Thanks in advance

Please consult with a Specialist in Foetal medicine , who may be available in some Medical Colleges,  and some Corporate Hospitals in some Metropolitan cities. I know one thing , that ARSA is not considered as an indication for MTP. You may not be able to get definitive advice from Obstetricians.
