I am 26 year female. I get my menstrual cycles quite regularly. But I have severe intense pain during the first 2 days of cycle. The same pan I also get occasionally when I do not have the cycles. Yesterday I went for an ultrasound and came to know about a haemorrhagic cyst. Does this cyst can cause this kind of pain?
