First please see if he has any problems due to which he is not eating, like fever cough vomiting urine problem weight loss or constipation etc
See if your child is sleeping well
See if child is otherwise active
See if he’s interested in a particular food and does not want other things
See to it that he is not forced to eat as no one likes that. See if he’s growing well.
There are no such medicine as appetite stimulants. Cause of not eating well has to be found. Many times the kids are fussy, they may not be hungry that time or they don’t like the taste. Keep experimenting with different foods
Eating should not while the child is watching TV or mobile. Keep exclusive food time. Everybody should sit together to eat.

I can understand your worries. Loss of appetite in infants may be for short time period when baby is ill.so consult pediatrician for any health problems.
give him homemade solid feed like dalia ,khichdi, curd, banana, apple puree, mango puree, mashed potatoes, vegetables in khichadi, breastfeed can be continued till 2years of age if possible.
