I have been diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia and as per doctor he has recommended me bone marrow transplant. How to proceed with that as my financial condition is not good.

What is your age and how many brother and sisters? Usually till 40yrs we as hematologist adv bone marrow transplant from matched sibling as 1st choice. If not feasible then atg based immunotherapy is next option.
