Any chance of her being pregnant

Asked for Female, 21 Years

She hadn't intercourse on 15th of August and she haven't got her periods yet. She was suffering from PCOD. Her last period was at July 25th which was 10 days late than the normal duration. It's almost been like 6 weeks after intercourse and she has no pregnancy symptoms until now. She also tried urine test pregnancy on the 14th day and 21st day after the missed period. Both times the result was negative. Would she brought pregnant or is it her PCOD which is affecting her health?? Please do refer this and suggest me quickly.
