Asked for Female, 29 Years

My heart beat is fast and I took ecg it says sinus tachycardia. My cardiologist prescribed to take anxit 0.25 for 15 days only at night time. I took it regularly and 15 days are over. But still the symptoms are not subsiding. My question is shall I stop anxit 0.25 now? I read in websites that sudden withdrawal symptoms will cause life threatening symptoms. Due to lockdown, I am unable to meet my cardiologist. Please help.

Please do continue Anxit And start Nebivolol (Nebistar) 2.5 mg daily morning after breakfast And if possible do consult also
