Anxiety or something else!??
After abusing drugs such as cocaine and ecstasy I overdosed one night and have been having very bad chest pains since. I've had tests done and have been seen by a cardiologist and my heart is fine according to the results. I'm just not understanding why I'm having such bad pains in my chest, pulpations, sqeezing/pain in left arm, dizziness and much more. Can someone please help me? I've been told could be anxiety but these pains are too bad to be anxiety and I'm never anxious before the pains.

Cocaine and ecstasy overdose causes severe outcome like increased heart rate, higher blood pressure, muscle spasm, nausea and many others. Since it is habit forming and takes time to clear out from your system, you are experiencing all the problems. It can be withdrawal symptoms if you are continuously using them.
