Do brisk walking or any form of exercises. Listen to your favourite song or music. If you like to dance then do it daily. It will help you to feel positive. It's pretty normal and almost every one is going through it. Important thing here is not to let negative thoughts last longer. Avoid watching too much of news Take social media break Get spiritual and meditate Diseases, natural disasters or calamities everything is a part of life and we have to handle and come out of it strong. Things happen and go, we can not control the destiny but what we can control is today by living life as it comes. Follow the rules to stay safe and you will definitely cone out of this
