Anxiety issue
Doctor, I observed this one week, while sleeping a ghost or any dreams comes in my mind, my heart starts to beat faster, at that time I suddenly wake up and drink water, after some minutes it comes calm state. But past 3-4 months I have a fear (eg 1: if I have a chest pain, then I search the reason for this pain in google, it shows heart attack symptoms at that time the get feared.) Like this, if I have any symptom, I simply search in google then after I get feared. I want to overcome this situation. Whether it is permanently curable? Whether I need any treatment?
