If the anxiety has been only due to heavy work pressure only, you should increase the amount of water intake by 50%a day, develop a hobby or some exercise habit, sticking to medicenes so soon will make you dependent on them. You can although have a cetrizine or alprazolam 0.25mg if you still want to, but only before sleeping at night
