I am feeling bit low having anxiety and feeling of crying my legs has less energy and I am not feeling good at all I was having sedentary lifestyle started gym recently.I did ECG and Stress test yesterday it is absolutely fine no issues at all but my random blood level was 186 and I am still having pressure in my chest though my hbA1C is 5.8

Your hba1c levels suggest you are in prediabetic stage...start with a strict diabetic diet.. exercise.. regular walking.
Start with mild exercise.. don't go Jim in the beginning as this can cause very tiredness.
