Anxiety And gastritis with diarrhoea.

I developed stomach pain last week and had light fever of 36°C.Then my heart started to beat fast rapidly i developed negative thoughts and feelings of that i am gonna die or someone is gonna hurt me etc . I did ecg too and chest xray he said it was good u just have anxiety neurosis and sinus tachycardia he gve me a tablet named inderal 10 mg morning 2 tab and night 2 tabs at night my body started to shiver and after drinking water or calming down i would be normal same happened for another day and i stopped taking those tabs and then i visited ENT Specialist He prescribed Diapazem tablet and rantac 150 on 9th july i visited him simce then it was going good with stomach issur but heartbeat still beats fast Today i developed a mild pain in my chest coming and going randomly then after sleep i ate rice with ghee too after that i had loose motion suddenly two times should i visit a doctor i m eating rantac again as the prescription was only for 10 days to have please look into my issue
