Anxiety and disappointed
Hi, I have been experiencing this for the past 2years. Read many self help books but couldn't get through it. My mind always thinks of negative things. I always feel that I have many diseases and will die soon. A lot of disappointment in my life which is making me to stay alone.. feeling sad.. looking for someone to help me..
