I have anxiety problem from past 4 months.I have only 1 symptom that is muscle tension in my pelvis area.Due to which i feel slow urine flow.It often comes and goes.If i would start yoga than can it permanently go away?I am younger and dont want to take medicines.Are the symptoms of anxiety permanent?Please tell i am vert stressed.
