Anxiety and blood leakage in hand

I've blood leakage in my hand and i have anxiety. By seeing red dots on my hand my anxiety level became high.Before 50 days I had dengue and after that i was scared of going out and staying alone.So after post dengue i have anxiety and i am trying to fixed it by yoga, exercise etc..I was having improvement in anxiety but this week i see some red blood leakage under my skin.Now my brain and my mind are always focus sing in my hand and my anxiety level is imcreasing.... which field doctor should i see in this condition?
