From one year I m suffering left side chest pain and I feel uneasy shortness of breath and my legs shakes weakness and I feell tired all the time I did ecg and hormones test and h pylori test and chest xray but everything is good and still I dont know I feel like I may collapse and negative thoughts feel like I m dying
