Anxiety about dibetes
Recently i have developed an anxiety about dibetes. Earliers 3-4 times i have done sugar test and it came in the range of 80-90 and hba1c 4.6. But recently i have developed anxiety that i might have high suger. It started i felt a little heavy headed after eating at night. I started searching for similar symptoms. My bp starts 115/70 . I am 6'1 with 75 kg weight. No family history of dibetes. I don't eat too much sweets. One chocolate or few sweets one a week. Do i have a change of high sugar. I don't feel frequent urination ot weight loss
