I'm taking antipsychotic drugs for several years. Due to the long term usage of these drugs i suspect that I have cardiovascular disease. When I googled about this these medicines can create cardiovascular disease my ECG results are normal. What kind of diet should I follow and how to deal with these side effects because,I'm still under medication.
