This you have to discuss with human physician as being a veterinarian we can't give advice over any treatment or vaccination required for people......as rabies in concerned the rabies virus generally doesn't stay in the environment as it's a very fragile virus, once it exposes to outside enviornment it cannot survive so transmission by clothes is generally not commonly seen. And again all dogs saliva will not contain rabies virus only infected dogs has the virus.
