Antibiotics in pregnancy
I tested Covid19 positive. I was also 20days pregnancy which was not known to me. I took 3 medicines ivermectin 12mg for 5days, doxycycline 100mg 8days , dexa for 3days. when I missed my period and then I got to know I am pregnant. now I am 7 weeks pregnant. I am done with 7 weeks pregnancy ultrasound and found everything is fine like heart beat and size of the foetus. but I am scared about the adverse effects of the above medicines or due to these abnormality in baby after birth. so could you please help me to calculate the risk in such situation? I am so scared and in confusion whether I should continue or terminate the pregnancy. for your reference I have attached scan report will film.

These antibiotics are less likely to cause problem with the baby in this early pregnancy. Recommend to continue with the pregnancy with routine scans and investigations
