Current LFT and KFT are normal, indicating no significant liver or kidney injury. Lung Evaluation: Standard antibiotics rarely cause lung damage. Definitely there are a few antibiotics which can cause lung damage. Keep all in a check. Donot take antibiotics unless advised.
