My wife had an abortion (DNC) two weeks ago due to no heart beat in our baby. She is an AB Negative. However doctor forgot to give her anti D injection within 72 hours. She has been given anti D injection today after two weeks. We want to have a baby. Will this delay affect the possibility of having our baby?

Nothing will happen.
You didn't mention how big the pregnancy was when D&C was done.
That information is required to decide if she really needed Anti D injection.
