Dear sir/madam, Yesterday I went through an NT scan at 12 weeks and in the report it was mentioned that " Anterior, covering the internal OS" What does it mean??? Is it low lying placenta or normal

In early stage most of the time placenta is low lying or covering os.it will be followed in next sonography at 5th month.
