I fell while playing cricket - internal bleeding treated, mri report attached said anterior cruciate ligament tear near complete tear I am at home since 1 and half months and currently unable to bend my knee completely can bend partially but no full range of knee motion want to know surgery cost and treatment success?

In your case you are nor able to bend your knee. Before you undergo surgery you will require physiotherapy to gain range of motion and muscle strength.
