Ankle with whole foot Pain. Treatment?

I'm having chronic foot pain on both foot. It's been more than a year since I have foot pain. It started from heel and over time aggravated and penetrated on all parts of the foot. It hurts when I sit down or laying down and mostly I standstill. The pain is so debilitating in which I can't standstill even few minutes. When I walk I can with difficulties but standing still is more like a challenge. The other thing is the pain is switching feet i.e. if the pain is on right foot when I stand up from a sitting or laying down position, few minutes after it switches to other feet which has few or no pain at that time and the previous leg/feet(right) foot becomes very much pain free. The pain switching from one foot to other happens even when I lie down or sitting down in a chair without doing anything. I've been consulted with many types of doctors But so far no avail. pls suggest a correct doctor and treatment?
