Ankle pain
Am practice long jump at the time my ankle muscle holded. Am consulting orthopaedic they given Vitamin D3 Oral Solution Arachitol Nano drops, Enzoheal-D medicine. They said no problem just take rest and apply ice once in a day.am following above suggestions till now (two weeks). No results found.i have no BP and Sugar.i have no disease, no pains.am suffer this problem untill unless 15days.present my situation even walking so difficulty. Kindly please tell any alternative method.
