PDPH from last two days after Surgery(ureteroscopy) on this Saturday(6th April,2019).
Anesthesia was given in spine . Attempts were twice in lumbar puncture . I cant sit or stand just laying flat in bed. Bad headache and stiff neck. To got washroom is a challenge. Having coffee black...crocin pain relief and mostly water. It started on Monday(8th April,2019) and today is 3rd day with pain. What to do? The hospital I was operated in,the physician said it should be better soon but blood pressure should not be low...keep checking(Am discharged after ureteroscopy)& at my flat now.
Kindly help...what to do? How many days I ahluld wait before I call ambulance?

Hello . Spinal anesthesia do have such issues. You need to take full rest and also keep lunpar pillow while sitting . It take some time. Request you to consult an Anesthetist at any hosp in pune to know the details
Generally after spinal anaesthesia, the person will have pain and BP will come down for 24-48 hours. But person will be able to walk and can do his/ her normal activity. In ur case, there is prolonged duration of symptoms. How much ur BP? U r not able to walk?
