Anterior wall of uterus I presume..not a problem at 43yrs. Could be a small degenerating fibroid.
Ovarian cyst more than 5cm needs to be evaluated. D way it is described, it is unlikely to be anythg serious, but its better evaluated.
Pls do visit a gynec and get urself tested for tumour markers.
If all comes well repeat d scan after 3 months.
