Recently my brother was tested positive for PR3 in blood test and negative for mpo . Doctor says it might be Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis . creatine was normal and chest x ray also normal . Do we need any further evaluation to confirm it . He has inflammation in joints for past 4 months
