Hii im a 26 year old female yesterday i had a hard bowl movement after which i was bleeding and even today everytime i poo theres red blood on the paper and in the toilet aswel my poo comes out ok buh its jus the bleeding thats worrying me it does sort of sting when i poo plzzzzz help thank you
