I think its because of less oil or ghee intake. Oils help in lubricating our system and if not taken in the required amount can lead to many problems of which Constipation, hard stools, joint pains, stiffness etc are examples. Our meals should be a proper balanced one with all the required ingredients.
If you are bleeding and pain is not at all, then it is the symptoms of hemorrhoids (Piles) & If you are bleeding and pain is very much then it is a symptom of Anal Fissure so First of all use Indian style toilet, if you are using commode toilet, then use toilet step stool, commode toilet is unnatural for humans, Western toilet increases constipation. Since Constipation is a bigger factor behind piles & Fissure. If you are feeling itching & burning, Your anal muscles become unusually tight, this is symptoms of Anal Fissure, sometimes anal fissure not cured by only taking medication also don't go for any anal surgery (Fissurectomy), Your anus grip can be loose after surgery, You should get some Ayurvedic Therapies like Ayurvedic Matra Basti, Ayurvedic Kshar Karma & Anal Dilatation. If your Fissure wound is big & chronic then LIS Treatment is must, after that you will never have a Fissure again. You'll be fine in just 10 days.we will provide you demo video for the treatment procedure, Call Us for more details.

Yup its an common problem...see bowel obstruction means constipation....if u not treating your constipation now in future it will convert in to diseases like piles, fissure, fistula and all...so always keep your bowel clear...u have also heard from ur forefathers that if your bowel is clear no disease will comes to u...becauae abdomen is the origin of every disease.....it may be fissure or piles....how is the bleeding is it a fresh blood or balck coloured??...do u have burning sensation at anal region or pain over there??... bleeding is like drop or flush of blood comes out??
Do u feel any thing external tag or some thing over anal region??
It may be developing into piles. 1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit.
2. Increasing the fibre in your diet is known to be as effective as injections for preventing further problems
3. Increasing your fluid intake which can help prevent further problems with haemorrhoids
4. Avoiding straining and constipation which is the most useful thing patients can do to prevent the problem coming back. If the fibre content of your diet is not sufficient to keep your stools soft, then a fibre supplement can help.
5. Maintain active life style
6. Curd is good for u.
7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods
