Anal pain on left side

Question

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi dr. Since 3 i am having pain near the left hand side of my anual about 1/4th inch. There is a feeling of heaviness and constant pain. I find difficulty in walking n sitting. Feels like there is some lump kind of inside. Motions are normal and no constipation problem at all. I am having fever and body pain since the problem has started. Taking normal paracetamol. Plz advice what to do. Feeling shy to consult dr :-(
