Anal leakage

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am experiencing liquid like discharge from anus but no stool present and neither blood. I also had loose motion twice one in night yesterday and 1 in morning today and excess gas and some cramps during defecation are also present. Is there anything to worry about the leakage?

Take 1) Tab. Rifagut (400) three times a day after food 2) Cap. Vibact DS once a day after food, 3) Tab. Colospa Retard (200) twice a day after food for 5 days Also take Tab. Zentel (400) single dose tonight If symptoms persist beyond 5 days inspite of the medicines, visit or do online video consultation with a gastroenterologist
