  3. Anal itching & white tong. One two days.

Anal itching & white tong
I have mild itching on my anus everyday when i wake up particularly during nights .It has been there from quite some time now it . I also have a white coated tongue from 6 months which is not thrush (consultation with ENT), but its mainly white in the morning or when i take a lot of sugar . I also remain constipated for one two days .
