Transsphincteric fistula in ano with mucosal opening in 6 'O'clock position and cutaneous opening in right posterior perianal region...
What does it mean ?? Can anyone explain it??
My mom's doc is on leave after 2 days she will come...I want to know what this exactly means???

It means that your mother has a fistula-in-ano, which has two opening one on the skin around the anus & other inside the(anus) anal canal. The entire tract needs to be removed so that the soiling of undergarments with pus/mucus discharge from fistula stops.
