Anal fistula is a disease which can be managed only by surgical or parasurgical approach and not through medicines alone. Though medicines will be a supportive treatment and symptomatic relievers, the track should be laid open. Kshara sutra is universally approved Parasurgical Ayurveda treatment for anal fistula.
