Hello,
Every technique is RECURRENT.only diet must be blend, stool must be soft so take plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water butter milk fresh curd etc salad before lunch and dinner.
Cremafine pink three teaspoons or any which u preferred,NITYAM, kayam churn what ever stool must be soft. Locally apply xylocain gel n anovate oint with finger on butt hole than gentaly push inside anal cannal n apply PROPERLY on anal MUCOSA all around for three to five weeks.
Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside. Vegitarian bland diet with least oil n least spicesor no .if u FOLLOW this no PROBLEM is there. Ok.
