Ayurvedic Kshar Treatment is very helpful in anal fissure as it induces healing of anal fissure without any surgery. This treatment is conducted only by a specialist in Ayurvedic Surgery. So please contact some Ano Rectal Specialist (MS - Ayurveda) in Ayurveda not a general physician. This should solve your problem.
