Anal fissure
Two weeks ago surgeon Dr. said my fissure is healed (6 months old fissure) now again I'm feeling cramps (I don't feel any tear in anus with finger, but sphincter muscle has become too much tight) I don't feel burning and needle pain like before only cramps due to tight anus muscle. Why is this happening now? surgeons please tell me?
