Anal Fissure Issue
I was having fissure 3 yrs back and i was suggested to use diltizem gel. It was existing and i ignored after 2 yrs it was seviere pain again i have consulted different doctor. He prescribed crema gel . Fissure issue resolved but swelling started inside. He todl it is hemorrhoids. Again he prescribed oxe route but his swelling increased. I have stopped using after that. Now i dnt have any seviere pain but inside like pimples level it is there with swelling. I dnt have any idea what to do.
