Anal fissure
I have anal fissure for past 10 days. Very bad pain when passing stool. From yesterday I noticed that a small streak of blood in my stool. I feel painful while constipation. Please suggest some creams to cure it soon! This problem started when I passed hard large stool before 10 days.

You need to take laxative to soften the stool so that to pass easily without hurting the area.You need to do sitz bath( Sitting in hot water tub. It takes time to heal. Sit in a basin on warm water for about 15 mins twice a day. This will help bring the pain down. Drink lots of water(10 glasses a day). Increase your fiber intake ( fruits vegetables or over the counter fiber supplements like isabgol). Its important to drink lots of water when taking additional fiber. Use an Indian closet if available. If not use a low stool to put up your legs on a European toilet to simulate an Indian one. The angle between your body and thighs should b3 about 35 degrees.
