I am suffering from anal fissure fron 1 month I have been taking medicine from last one month I have got some relief but from last 2 to 3 days I feel like pain in anal area a lot I am also feeling pain in urinary blade it feels like something's is coming out forcelly outside the anus what is the reason for urinary pain and how should I cure this
